Recently i read the story of Little Prince, (yeah i´ve never read it before, i´m so ashamed) :( well. i love all the story, i love the little prince and the rose, and thinking a little bit about th anime cartoon from '70 or '80s i made this picture in my own style ^^
Hope you like....
I tried some patterns but i guess it doesn't see so well in the pic ^^UU

It's a really beautiful story, and I love your version. It has some very nice elements, and your little prince is very charming ^^.

I love how you showed the female character of the rose. She has kind of an evil expression, or rather, a mischievous one, and yet she's also fragile, with her hair hiding half her face. The prince himself looks a bit too much like he's plotting something to my taste. I always see him more like a very innocent child who doesn't have room for bad emotions in his head, and does everything out of... being himself.
I don't think he'd ever plot something. But then, it could be a bad interpretation on my part.

it's an interesting interpretation, but i don't do it thinking like that, its something more like he get caught in the moment ^^U...
Well it only shows that i need to try a little bit harder next time :), but thanks for you opinion, it's so important to me that someone tells me what he or she might think about it ^-^
